Mythology is fun.  The Wachowski brothers did a masterful job in creating a new mythology for the masses to enjoy. There is a lot of conjecture that goes with these films and many opinions and ideas.  If you think about it when a film inspires the lengthy conversations and debates that this trilogy does then you can not deny it has earned a place among the great Scifi franchises of the past.  Time to get on with the closer look.

It was bound to happen. Every movie related site or blog has the inevitable Star Trek post.  Here is mine.

I originally fell in love with the Star Trek mythology as a kid watching the original series in syndication (TOS).  Later as a teenager I was hooked on The Next Generation (TNG). Then Deep Space Nine (DS9) came out and I was addicted to yet another Star Trek show.  I never really got into Voyager.  Fuck Enterprise.  They really screwed this one up.
